To provide the Software, we collect personal information such as name, email address, and institute name from you (the owner). We also process student data (names, attendance, fees) that you upload into the system.

- To provide services (Attendance tracking, Fee alerts).
- To process payments through secure gateways.
- To send administrative notifications via WhatsApp, SMS, or Email.
- To improve our software's security and performance.
3. Data Security Measures
Encryption is core to our architecture:
All data in transit is encrypted using SSL/TLS protocols. Data at rest is protected using AES-256 encryption. We perform weekly security audits to detect and prevent vulnerabilities.
4. Third-Party Sharing
We **NEVER** sell or lease your student data to third parties. We only share information with critical service providers (like Razorpay for payments or WhatsApp/Twilio for alerts) to ensure the Software functions correctly.
5. Retaining and Deleting Data
You can request to export or delete your data at any time. Upon account termination, your data will be permanently deleted from our primary servers within 90 days, unless required otherwise by law.
6. Consent
By using Aarambh Coaching, you consent to our Privacy Policy. If we make significant changes, we will notify you via the email address on your account.
